I'm Bikash Rajbanshi — a marketing specialist and graphic designer working across FMCG, hospitality, and finance. I plan the strategy, then design every piece of it myself.

I'm a seasoned marketing professional with 9+ years across marketing, FMCG, design, and operations. Over that time I've driven growth, built client relationships, and streamlined processes across sectors as different as hospitality, finance, and consumer goods.
My path started in operations and finance — loan servicing, hotel service, HR — before it bent toward marketing and design. That grounding is still useful: I understand how a business actually runs, not just how a campaign should look.
Today I sit across strategy and execution. I currently lead marketing at ROOTDEVS. while continuing creative work at Origami Digitals, after years building brand identity for FMCG and advertising clients.
